After doing some research in to fairy tales and finding a few that i thought that i could work on i decided to do some initial designs based on the stories that i found. The first designs are based on the fairy tales "the wonderful musician" and "the white snake". I don't think much to the designs as they are just basic quick sketches of animals and significant objects from the plays so there is not much behind the designs. I don't think that working in this way is working as i am focusing on more than one play meaning there are to many elements to think about and to much to focus on, so i think the best think to do will be to find on tale to use through out my project.
