Installation art is three dimensional  type of at that works in a way that is either site specific or/ and is designed to change the perception of the space. An installation can either be temporary or permanent, installations can uses a broad range of every day materials which are often chosen for there evocative qualities. Installations can also incorporate new media such as video, sound and performance.
